I just made a purchase! When will I receive my order?

Congrats for investing in your self-care! All orders currently have a processing and shipping time of 2-5 business days. ***Due to COVID, shipping through USPS may have unexpected delays that are out of our control. We ship as quickly as possible!

Can I send a gift card?

Absolutely! You can select "gift card" and once you complete your purchase, the gift card will be emailed to you to send to your gift recipient. This is perfect for sending a gift to someone who likes to choose their own coffee and self-care items!

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently shipping to the United States and Canada. We are in the process of opening shipping to other countries as well with reasonable shipping rates if possible. Stay tuned!

Do you offer whole bean coffee?

Yes! We just started offering a whole bean coffee option in the shop. When you select on your coffee choice, there will be an option to select ground or whole bean coffee so you can choose your preference!

Can I send an order as a gift?

Of course! Coffee & Confidence boxes make the best gifts for loved ones. Simply select "gift" at checkout and input your gift recipient's information as well as a personalized gift message!

Can I create custom gift boxes for my team/employees/clients?
